Vinted Autobuy: One Tap From Alert to Bought

Seeing an underpriced listing first is only half of it. The other half is paying for it before the next person does. This page explains what Vinted autobuy is, how the one-tap version in Resellers Paradise works, why we do not sell fully automatic buying, and how members use it to pick up 10-15 items a day.

In short: Vinted autobuy is the part of a Vinted bot that completes checkout for you. In Resellers Paradise every alert arrives in Discord with a buy button; you tap it once and RP's system finishes the purchase in under a second, basket to confirmation. Nothing is bought without your tap. It is included in membership at £25 a month and works from your phone.

What Vinted autobuy is

Buying on Vinted through the app takes a series of steps: open the listing, tap Buy now, confirm the delivery option, confirm the address, confirm the payment method, tap Pay. Each step is quick on its own. Together they take a fast user somewhere between eight and fifteen seconds, longer if a payment screen hesitates or Face ID asks twice.

For a normal purchase that does not matter. For an underpriced listing it decides everything, because the listing is also on someone else's screen and they are tapping through the same steps. Autobuy removes those steps. Once you have decided to buy, the checkout runs in a single action instead of six.

Autobuy is one of three parts of the RP Vinted bot, and it only makes sense alongside the other two:

  • The monitor watches Vinted for listings matching your filters: brand, keyword, size, price ceiling, condition, country.
  • The alert puts each match in Discord 4-7 seconds before it is visible in the Vinted app, with the photo, price, size, condition and seller rating. How that head start is measured is on the main Vinted bot page.
  • Autobuy is the buy button on that alert. One tap, and checkout completes in under a second.

One-tap versus fully automatic

"Autobuy" gets used for two quite different things, and it is worth knowing which one you are being sold.

One-tap autobuy (Resellers Paradise)Fully automatic buying (some other tools)
Who decidesYou. The alert arrives, you look at it, you tap.The filter. Anything that matches is bought without you seeing it.
Speed after the decisionUnder a second from tap to confirmation.Similar, but the decision step is removed rather than shortened.
Wrong itemsYou skip them. A fake, a damaged item, a mislabelled size: one glance and you do not tap.Bought. Filters match on text, and sellers write "Nike" on things that are not Nike.
Spend controlEvery purchase is deliberate. Your money moves only when you tap.A loose filter can buy ten items while you sleep.
Your Vinted accountYou only buy what you want, so you never have to cancel. Nothing runs on your account.Wrong buys have to be cancelled, and Vinted temporarily bans accounts that cancel orders. Keep doing it and the ban stops being temporary.
CostIncluded at £25 a month.Usually the top tier, around £50 a month.

We chose one-tap on purpose. In practice the time you lose glancing at the alert is well under a second, because the card already shows you everything you need: photo, price, size, condition, seller rating. The time you save by not buying a fake Stone Island jacket is the whole purchase price. Fully automatic buying sounds faster; in the real pattern of Vinted listings, it mostly buys faster mistakes.

The cancellation problem

There is a bigger cost to those mistakes than the money. When a bot buys something you did not want, your only way out is to cancel the order. Vinted treats cancellations as a mark against the buyer, and an account that cancels orders gets a temporary ban. Do it again and the ban becomes permanent. So a fully automatic "sniper" that buys on a loose filter does not just cost you the odd wrong purchase; it steadily works your account towards a ban, and the faster it buys, the faster that happens.

Sniping bots that run on your own Vinted account carry a second risk on top. Vinted detects automated activity on an account and bans it whether or not you ever cancel anything. That is why RP autobuy runs from RP's servers, not on your account or your device, and why nothing is bought until you tap: you keep the speed and your account never does anything a normal buyer would not.

Why the seconds after the alert matter

Put the two halves together and the picture is clear. Below is the same listing, a pair of New Balance 990s priced £45 against a £110 resale value, as it plays out for an RP member and for someone refreshing the app.

RP member with autobuy

  1. Listing enters Vinted's pipeline.
  2. RP alert lands in Discord with a buy button.
  3. Glance: right size, good condition, seller rated 4.9. Tap.
  4. Checkout completes. Confirmation appears under the alert.
About 2 seconds after the alert

Buyer refreshing the Vinted app

  1. Listing becomes visible in the app, 4-7 seconds after RP's alert.
  2. Spot it, open it, read it.
  3. Buy now, delivery, address, payment, Pay.
  4. Vinted says the item has already been sold.
15-25 seconds after the RP alert

The gap is not a few hundred milliseconds of software speed. It is a four-to-seven second head start plus a checkout that takes one tap instead of six. Against a buyer relying on Vinted's saved-search notifications, which arrive in batches minutes later, it is not a race at all.

How RP autobuy works

1

Alert

A listing matches your filter and lands in Discord as a card with a buy button

2

Glance

Photo, price, size, condition, seller rating, all on the card. Decide without opening the app

3

Tap

One tap on the buy button, from phone, tablet or desktop

4

Done

RP completes checkout in under a second. The confirmation comes back to the same message

An RP Vinted alert as it arrives in Discord. Everything you need to decide is on the card, so the tap is the only step left.

A few details members ask about:

  • Payment and address are set up once when you join. After that the tap uses them every time.
  • Every monitor gets the button. Run five filters across three countries and every alert from every one of them is one tap to buy.
  • If someone beats you, which happens when two members want the same item, the message tells you straight away instead of leaving you on a spinning payment screen.
  • Seller cancellations are handled by Vinted exactly as they are for any purchase: full refund. Autobuy changes how you check out, not how buyer protection works.

Setting it up

Ten minutes from joining to your first tap.

  1. Join Resellers Paradise on the pricing page and connect your Discord account. The Vinted channels appear once you pick the Vinted and eBay Monitors role.
  2. Create a monitor with a brand or keyword and, most importantly, a price ceiling. Set it below what the item resells for after Vinted fees and postage, so that everything that arrives is already profitable on paper. The full list of filters is on the Vinted bot page.
  3. Add your delivery address and payment method once. The tap uses them from then on.
  4. Wait for the first alert. Busy brands such as Nike produce one within minutes. Glance, tap, done.

Start narrow

New members tend to set wide filters and get flooded. One brand, one size range, one price ceiling is a better first monitor. You will see fewer alerts, but every one is worth the tap, and you learn what sells before you widen out.

What to autobuy, and what not to

Autobuy works best where the resale value is predictable, because the price ceiling does the thinking before the alert ever reaches you.

Good autobuy targets

  • Trainers in common sizes: Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Asics. Resale values are well known and the market is deep.
  • Outerwear and knitwear with a brand premium: The North Face, Stone Island, Ralph Lauren, Carhartt. A quarter zip bought at £12 and sold at £45 is the daily bread of the community.
  • Sealed collectibles: Pokémon, LEGO, Topps. Keyword monitors on set numbers and product names catch sellers who do not know the market.
  • Consumer electronics listed under market value, which go in seconds and are the clearest case for the tap.

Where to slow down

  • Heavily faked brands at suspicious prices. The card shows the seller rating for a reason. A brand-new account selling £400 jackets at £60 is a skip, however fast you could buy it.
  • Anything where condition is most of the value, such as vintage, until you have seen enough listings in that niche to read a photo quickly.
  • Wide, cheap filters. "Nike under £20" will keep your phone buzzing all day and most of it will be socks.

Members who run autobuy on the high-demand brands regularly pick up 10-15 items a day. The £50,000 Vinted breakdown lists which brands did the work for RP co-founder Cal over a year.

Is Vinted autobuy allowed?

Vinted's terms restrict automated use of your account. RP autobuy does not run on your account or your device. The monitor watches public listings from RP's servers, the alert is a message in Discord, and a purchase happens only when you tap. Tools that run on your own account, the "sniper" type, are the ones Vinted bans, and it bans them for the automation itself, before any cancellation. Add the cancellations a fully automatic buyer generates and you have two separate routes to losing the account. One-tap avoids both, which is why we built it that way. Nobody can promise Vinted will never change its position, and you should treat anyone who does with caution.

Frequently asked questions

What is Vinted autobuy?

Vinted autobuy is a feature of a Vinted bot that completes the checkout for a listing the moment you tell it to, rather than you tapping through the Vinted app's basket, address and payment screens. With Resellers Paradise it is one tap on the alert in Discord, and checkout completes in under a second.

Is Vinted autobuy fully automatic?

Resellers Paradise autobuy is one-tap, not fully automatic. Every alert carries a buy button and nothing is bought until you tap it. Some tools sell fully automatic buying that purchases anything matching a filter without you looking. We do not offer that, because filters match wrong items more often than people expect and every one of those is your money.

How fast is Vinted autobuy?

With Resellers Paradise the alert arrives 4-7 seconds before the listing is visible in the Vinted app, and the checkout after your tap completes in under a second. Doing the same through the app takes several taps and a payment screen, typically 8-15 seconds for a fast user, which is usually the difference between getting the item and not.

Is Vinted autobuy allowed?

Vinted's terms restrict automated use of your account, and sniping bots that run on the account are what Vinted bans. Resellers Paradise does not run on your account or your device: the monitor watches public listings from RP's servers, and a purchase happens only when you tap the buy button yourself. Nobody can promise Vinted will never change its position, and you should treat anyone who does with caution.

Can Vinted autobuy get me banned?

Two things get Vinted accounts banned: running automation on the account itself, which is how sniping bots work, and cancelling orders, which is what happens when a fully automatic buyer picks up the wrong item. The first ban is temporary; repeat it and it is permanent. RP autobuy avoids both. It runs from RP's servers, not your account, and you only buy what you have looked at and tapped, so there is nothing to cancel.

Does Vinted autobuy work on a phone?

Yes. Alerts arrive in Discord, which runs on iOS, Android and desktop, and the one-tap buy works from any of them. Most members run everything from their phone.

What should I autobuy on Vinted?

Items with a dependable resale value and a price ceiling set comfortably below it: trainers from Nike, Adidas and New Balance in common sizes, The North Face and Stone Island outerwear, Ralph Lauren knitwear, sealed collectibles and consumer electronics. Set the ceiling so that anything arriving is already profitable after Vinted fees and postage.

What happens if the seller cancels after autobuy?

The same as any Vinted purchase: Vinted refunds you in full. Autobuy changes how quickly you check out, not how Vinted's buyer protection works.

How much does Vinted autobuy cost?

It is included in Resellers Paradise membership at £25 a month, alongside the Vinted monitor, eBay and Depop monitors, discount monitors for 50+ UK retailers, the RP app and the community. There is no separate autobuy tier.

Can I run autobuy on more than one filter?

Yes. Every alert from every monitor you run carries the buy button, so you can watch several brands, sizes or countries at once and buy from any of them with one tap.
